1. What is Life Coaching Relax into your Mind, Body & Heart?
In Life Coaching I employ a variety of methods and techniques (including the enneagram & different exercises) to bring you (back) in contact with your own Mind, Body & Heart. The goal is to inspire, help & support you on your journey of personal and spiritual development, to relax into change, to release the things that do not serve you (anymore) and to live a life of connection as your true self. Part of this process involves teaching the Mind, Body and Heart how to co-operate. Once you know what your Mind, Body and Heart want and how they communicate, you can take it into account in your decision making and actions.

3. What can I expect during a Life Coaching consult?
The one thing you can always expect is that neither you, nor I, will ever know exactly what is going to happen when we meet up. The whole idea behind Life Coaching Relax into your Mind, Body & Heart is that everybody is unique and you always get custom made feedback and advice, tailored to your individual needs. What you need today may be something totally different than what you need tomorrow.
Moreover, every Life Coaching session is a co-creation. There is a reason that our paths cross at this moment in our lives. We may not always know what the exact reason is. In my work I rely heavily on feeling and intuition. The ultimate aim (for both of us) is to let go of all preconceptions about what is needed or what is supposed to happen, so that we can be open for inspiration and surrender to life and the unexpected.
Having said that, of course I have a toolbox with different methods and techniques that I use in Life Coaching. Typically, you can expect that I will mention the enneagram and that we will use the psychological model for increasing your awareness and changing of your emotional and behavioural patterns . The enneagram is also very useful for finding points in the processes you are in where you tend to get stuck. In addition, I work with the four centres of the human system (the mental, emotional, moving and instinctive centers). I work with cards (including the Tarot) and I also use energetic remedies and frequencies. Since we are (all) connected energetically, distance is not a problem. You can also expect to get 'homework' in the form of different (grounding, breathing, sensing...) exercises. You can find a list of the most important methods and techniques here.

4. Is it normal to feel tired after a Life Coaching session?
Yes it is completely normal to feel tired after a session. It is also normal to feel relaxed, confused or energetic. The days after the consult you may feel more emotional than normal, you might feel sad, angry or overwhelmed. Or you may feel clear headed and calm. Some people exhibit physical symptoms, such as thirst, a heavy feeling in the head, headache, unsettled stomach and muscle pain or tension in different parts of the body. Others feel relieved and lighter. Others yet, feel like they always do.
Everybody is different and therefore it is impossible to predict how you are going to react. 99% of any symptoms are completely normal. The reaction is usually strongest after the first session. This is related to the fact that when blockages are removed and the energy starts to move in a different way, the body, head and heart need to release toxins and get accustomed to a new way of being. Depending on what you are accustomed to in relation to energetic work, the step may be smaller of bigger.
Therefore it is always good to take it easy after a session. Take a small power nap if you can, try to take the evening off, and DRINK A LOT OF WATER!!! Most symptoms will disappear within a few days. If the symptoms persist and / or you feel worried, do not hesitate to ask me if what you are experiencing is normal!

You understand that I am not there to tell you what to do. Rather, through brainstorming and sharing, we come up with new ideas and possibilities.
The relationship between us is designed to be direct and challenging. You can be assured that I will be honest and straightforward, asking powerful questions to bring about possibilities and awareness.

6. Can I combine Life Coaching with other regular and alternative treatments?
Life Coaching Relax into your Mind, Body & Heart can be combined with regular and complementary treatments and health care. A combination of different approaches is usually recommended for the best results. You should never stop with any medication without consulting your health care provider.

7. Can Life Coaching help with physical complaints?
Life Coaching Relax into in your Mind, Body & Heart is not specifically aimed at physical symptoms. If you are experiencing physical complaints and illnesses, it is always best to consult a medical or health care specialist. Having said that, many physical symptoms (including as neck- and shoulder pain, RSI (repetitive strain injury), headaches, eczema, tiredness etc.) are often rooted in mental and emotional (behavioural) patters. In such cases, working on the mental and emotional issues may reduce physical symptoms, including pain. See also: Shiatsu Massage.
Life Coaching Relax into in your Mind, Body & Heart is not specifically aimed at physical symptoms.
