Services: The way I work
At my practice you can choose from a number of different services and treatment options.
Intake & First treatment

When you come to me at my practice, we always start with an intake and thorough case history so that I can get a complete, holistic, picture of your questions, mental, emotional and physical constitution and your current complaints and symptoms. You will get an extensive questionnaire before our meeting. On the basis of all this information and your wishes, we discuss different options and which treatment(s) would be most beneficial in your specific circumstances. (Skype Coaching works a bit differently, see below)
When we have discussed you options, you can either decide to choose Life Coaching or (Shiatsu) Massage as your first treatment. The intake including the first treatment takes about 2 hours. The first Massage is always a long, therapeutic treatment - this way we both have enough time to get to know each other and let any tension of a first meeting subside, so that you can relax optimally.

Follow-up sessions

During follow-up sessions you can stay with the treatment option you chose at the beginning or choose another form of treatment. You might, for example, start out with Shiatsu Massage, but discover after a while that certain emotions or beliefs are preventing you from relaxing completely. In that case Life Coaching may provide the missing piece of the puzzle.
When we work according to the method of Life Coaching: Relax into your Mind, Body & Heart, the body is included in the treatment by default, so to say. Body work and different exercises (including Shiatsu and many other techniques) are part of this method. If it will benefit your process to relax into your body more often, you can combine Life Coaching with General or Therapeutic Shiatsu either in between your Life Coaching sessions or as a supportive measure after the coaching is done.
Regardless of your symptoms or questions, the most important principle remains the same: to increase your body awareness and get grounded in your body and to create harmony in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual parts of your system. Or in other words: to Relax into your Mind, Body and Heart.
